Fitness coach and bodybuilder Jesse Marines has tragically passed away, leaving behind his family.
Jesse Marines was a leading figure in the world of amateur bodybuilding, best known for his outstanding performance at the 2019 NPC Texas State Championships, where he claimed the Overall Winner title in the Super-Heavyweight division.
His victory in the placed him ahead of several other high-caliber athletes, including Trevor Havker.
He has consistently competed in National Physique Committee events over the years, building a strong reputation with the bodybuilding community.
Jesse’s earlier appearances include respected competitions, such as the Ronnie Coleman Classic and the NPC USA Championships.
Bodybuilder Jesse Marines’ Untimely Passing Has Left Everyone Devastated
As per the reports, fitness coach and bodybuilder Jesse Marines passed away in July 2026. However, the cause of death has not been revealed yet.
His cousin, Ryan Christopher Marinez, took to his handle and announced the tragic news. He wrote,
Pray for my recent late cousin Jesse Marines 😢 this still doesn’t seem real. Service was about a record breaking swimmer and reminded me of my “Stateof Texas Champion” national contending Grande Primo. Everyone who met you felt the energy in the building change, not just the room. You were the real GOAT and a legend forever. Rip cuz. I love you & my hearts broken. Until we meet again, I know exactly wgeee you’re at and God definitely got the family our strongest soldier to fight our demons down here. See you later Little Jesse, but never soon enough Big cuz. Sry to all the ladies who were secretly in love or openly with this legend, he’s taken forever 🙏
Jesse’s friend Elizet Villarreal took to her official Facebook handle and mourned the loss of the Marines. She wrote,
Jesse jesse jesse i cannot believe this is real!😪 We were 19 years old when we met. I remember we both came into the bodybuilding scene about the same time. You always encouraged me when i asked for guidance about shows or stage presence always willing to help. Besides bodybuilding you had a huge energy and heart of gold. Dancing the night away at all the raves i would run into you at. Jesse Marines you will forever be missed and in our hearts. Rip and fly high my friend until we meer again.🙏🕊🕊❤️
Selina Diaz also took to her social media and remembered the time spent with Jesse. She wrote,
Love you always Jesse Marines thank you for all the memories & good times.💖🙏🏾 Forever in my heart – your love, your light, your soul. Rest easy my guy. I know you’re dancing in heaven🕊️ you are and will be missed.
Michael Rodriguez of Laredo, Texas, offered his heartfelt and sent prayers to Jesse and his entire family. He wrote,
My heart and prayers go out the marines family. Im deeply sorry for your loss and my prayers are with you. Rip Jesse
Other close ones and relatives have also poured their heartfelt condolences and sent prayers to Jesse’s family to stay strong in this heartbreaking moment.
Jesse will always be remembered for his unforgettable contributions as a bodybuilder and fitness coach.

Coach Jesse Marines Is Survived By His Sister, Vanessa Marines
Jesse Marines grew up with his sister, Vanessa Marines, who lives in Weslaco, Texas, United States.
As per Vanessa’s handle, she received her bachelor’s degree from South Texas College in July 2009.
Later, she received her master’s degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in June 2026.
From August 2011 to May 2014, she served as the mathematics teacher at PSJA ISD in San Juan, Texas.
Since August 2014, she has been serving as the full-time mathematics teacher at Edinburg CISD.
Currently, Vanessa is mourning the tragic loss of her supportive brother, Jesse Marines.
In addition, Jesse is also survived by his Monica Yvette Marines, an independent beauty consultant at MARY KAY.
