Christopher Davis and his partner, Leerona Willing, have been serving as caregivers and babysitters. Similarly, they are nutritionist who help kids and their parents to maintain a healthy diet.
Sadly, one of the kids’ mothers made a wrong accusation against Coach Christopher and suggested that her daughter harm herself to report him to the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) plays a vital role in safeguarding children and supporting families across the state.
Its mission is to promote the safety, stability, and well-being of children and youth by responding to allegations of abuse and neglect while providing family-centered services to help households thrive.
DCFS investigates reports of child abuse and neglect, ensuring children are in safe environments. It connects families with resources such as counseling, parenting programs, and financial assistance to prevent crises.
When necessary, the agency places children in foster care and works to find permanent, loving homes through adoption.
DCFS aims to keep families together whenever possible by focusing on prevention, intervention, and reunification. It collaborates with community organizations, schools, and healthcare providers to offer comprehensive support.
Coach Chris Fully Cleared of All DCFS Allegations
Coach Chris has been fully cleared of all false DCFS allegations after indisputable video evidence exposed the lies against him.
The court dismissed the case after surveillance footage from the family’s home completely contradicted the accusations, which proved that the claims were fabricated.
The judge, upon reviewing the footage, was outraged, stating that it was clear the child had been coached and that every accusation was demonstrably false.
What makes this even more disturbing is that the other party assumed there was no video proof, but thankfully, there was. Actual evidence doesn’t lie.
No loving parents would encourage their child to make false accusations or even harm themselves. Proper care means protecting a child’s well-being, not manipulating them for personal gain.
We WON! The court ruled in our favor, terminating the case entirely. Sadly, evidence suggests a mother coerced her daughter into fabricating accusations and causing herself physical harm. The video footage was instrumental in revealing the truth. We’re grateful for the numerous people who’ve supported us with guidance, babysitting, and a listening ear. Truly grateful for every single one of you. 💕
DCFS has never indicated Chris because he’s a fantastic father. His children excel in school, sports, and life. They adore him, turning to him when they’re scared, hurt, or upset. He’s their safe place.
Beyond that, he’s a beloved coach, trusted by over 80 parents. Some of the parents only allow their kids to sleep over at his house because they know he’s a man of integrity.
This ordeal only strengthens Chris’s defamation lawsuit, and all evidence has already been sent to his lawyer and law enforcement. The truth always comes to light, and in the end, justice will be served.
Despite the ordeal, the family remains focused on moving forward.
Glad to hear justice was served as some aren’t as lucky. Some people aren’t as lucky to have video surveillance and are convicted on their looks or past or whatever. This is why I try to never place judgement without 💯 evidence and never on another’s word. Out of all this I’m sure yall have experienced hurt, anger, stress and worry but in all this we have a lesson to learn. We can all probably use a lil more humility, love a little more and judge a little less…..especially without rock solid proof. God bless yall. Only he is perfect.
