Haden O’Connor, a Seneca High School Football Player, passed away after an ATV accident on July 29, 2026, leaving his parents, Doug and Debra O’Connor.

Haden was the dynamic junior whose explosive performances on the football field have made him a standout player at Seneca High School.

He was a key team member and quickly became a fan favorite for his speed, agility, and relentless work ethic.

Moreover, he had already racked up impressive stats, including multiple touchdowns and game-changing plays.

His ability to read defenses and break tackles had drawn attention from local scouts, with many predicting a bright future for him in collegiate football.

Coaches and teammates praise his leadership, often citing his positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.

Sadly, his untimely passing saddened the whole Union City community, and many remembered him with their tragic heartfelt condolence.

Haden O’Connor Lost His Life In An ATV Accident

A community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of a young life after a devastating ATV accident took the life of 13-year-old Haden O’Connor of Union City.

The incident occurred late Tuesday afternoon off Valley Road in Venango Township, leaving family, friends, and neighbors in shock.

, Haden and a friend were riding a side-by-side ATV when it overturned, trapping him beneath it.

His friend managed to push the vehicle off, but the injuries Haden sustained were fatal. He was pronounced dead at UPMC Hamot Hospital at 5 p.m.

Coroner Cook ruled the death accidental, caused by blunt force trauma to the trunk.

No parent should ever have to endure the pain of losing a child, especially one so young. Haden’s family is now facing unimaginable grief as they navigate this tragic loss.
