From High School Sweethearts to Raising Four Sons: Former NFL Star Eric Allen and His Wife Lynn Celebrate Over Three Decades of Marriage

Eric Allen, a former NFL cornerback and Philadelphia Eagles Hall of Famer, has had his longtime wife, Lynn Noe Allen, by his side through all of life’s highs and lows.

The former Eagles star is making headlines as he prepares to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday, August 2, 2026, in Canton, Ohio.

While fans celebrate his remarkable career, Eric Allen credits his wife, Lynn, as his constant source of support.

The couple dreamed back in high school about Eric playing in the NFL, and now, his induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame marks a significant achievement for both Eric Allen and his wife, Lynn.

“I’m super excited, I’m very humbled. My wife and I used to dream in high school about playing in the NFL and to now be in the position, I mean, it’s indescribable. It’s very emotional and it’s overwhelming. I want to say ‘thank you’ to so many people who helped me get to this point.”

Furthermore, Eric Allen and Lynn Noe, both natives of San Diego, California, are high school sweethearts.

They attended Point Loma High School in San Diego, from which Eric graduated in 1983 and Lynn in 1984.

Eric and Lynn Allen tied the knot in the early 90s and have been happily married for over three decades.

Eric often regards his longtime wife, Lynn, as his best friend; likewise, Lynn also never misses a chance to express her love and pride for her husband.

Despite being the wife of legendary NFL player Eric Allen, Lynn Marie Noe Allen prefers to maintain a low profile and has kept her professional life private.

However, her displays that she works at Pro Player Foundation, a charity organization co-founded by Eric Allen.

In addition to being an amazing couple, Eric Allen and his wife, Lynn Marie Allen, are proud parents of four sons, Jordan, Austin, Hunter, and Noah.

Furthermore, the couple raised all four of their sons to be amazing athletes. All four of their sons are following in their father Eric’s footsteps in football.

Their eldest son, Eric Austin Allen, played varsity football at Mater Dei Catholic High School and Cheshire Academy.

While it is unclear if Austin continued his football journey at college, he is currently building his career in hospitality in San Diego, California. Since 2026, Austin has been serving as the VIP host of National Casino Marketing at Harrah’s Resort South California in Valley Center, California.

Before that, Austin served as the guest service agent of The Talking Stick Resort and Casino in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Front Desk Agent of Holiday Inn Bayside and Guest Services at the Bahia Resort Hotel in San Diego.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration management from Grand Canyon University and also attended San Diego City College.

Likewise, Eric and Lynn’s second child,, played collegiate football at San Jose State University and is currently continuing his football career as a linebacker at Portland State University.

While at San Jose State, Jordan played in eight games over two seasons with three tackles and was a Mountain West scholar athlete in 2026.

He began his football journey at Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, California, and led his team to win the 2018 CIF Southern California Open Division Championship.

Jordan was also a two-time All-State linebacker and Western League Most Valuable Defensive Player as a junior and senior.

While very little information about their other two sons, Hunter and Noah, is available, they are also playing football in high school.
