Larry Vickers is the newly appointed head coach for Auburn University’s women’s basketball team.
Before joining Auburn, Larry Vickers was the head coach of Norfolk State University’s women’s basketball team.
He led Norfolk State to three consecutive MEAC Tournament titles (2026–2026) and four regular-season championships (2026–2026).
Under his leadership, the team achieved a record-breaking 30-win season, three consecutive conference championships, and NCAA Tournament appearances.
Recently, he expressed his excitement about leading Auburn’s program and outlined his vision for success.
