Jacob Misiorowski, the pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers, has always credited his success to his parents, Tom & Crystal Misiorowski.
When Jacob Misiorowski stepped onto the mound for his Major League Baseball debut in early June, it was more than just a personal milestone.

His parents made the emotional seven-hour drive from Missouri to Milwaukee, determined not to miss a second of their son’s big-league dream becoming reality.
And they weren’t alone.
From the stands, nearly 30 family members and friends, including his two grandfathers, one grandmother, girlfriend Elle, and high school coach Brian Driskell, watched with pride as Jacob pitched his first MLB game against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Many wore custom “Here for The Miz” T-shirts, a last-minute effort by his mom, Crystal, to add a personal touch to an already unforgettable day.
Crystal recalled with a smile,
I called [the print shop] up on Tuesday morning. I said, ‘Hey, can you print that like today? Because I’m leaving tomorrow.’
Jacob Misiorowski Paid Tribute To His Father
Jacob’s MLB success has carried even more emotional weight because of his father, who has been living with early-onset Parkinson’s disease since Jacob was in middle school.
Despite the challenges, Tom has remained a steadfast presence in Jacob’s baseball journey.

To honor his dad, Jacob wore custom cleats during the Brewers’ 4–2 victory in late June, featuring his father’s initials “TM” and a red tulip, the international symbol of Parkinson’s awareness.
Jacob said emotionally,
“It’s close to my heart. It’s taken a lot from my dad, but we still get to enjoy the moments with him, so that’s awesome.”
The young pitcher hopes his platform can help raise awareness and support for Parkinson’s research, encouraging fans to consider donating to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
The Rising MLB Star Has A Supportive Family
Jacob Misiorowski’s journey to the Majors has been one of grit, talent, and unshakable support.
While he’s known to keep things “close to the vest,” his mother shared that around those he trusts, Jacob’s a “cutup” with a huge heart.
From pitching a no-hit performance into the sixth inning in his debut to carrying a perfect game into the seventh in his next start, the buzz around Jacob’s future in the big leagues continues to grow.
But at the center of it all are the two people who’ve cheered him on from the beginning: Tom and Crystal Misiorowski.
With heartfelt appreciation, Crystal recognized her son’s efforts and expressed how proud she is.
“He’s a good kid. He tries very hard. He works really hard. And he never forgets who’s in his corner.”
