Frank Ragnow, Detroit Lions’ All-Pro center, is widely regarded as one of the best in the NFL at his position.
The guy from Victoria, Minnesota, who mauls defenders in the run game and stones elite interior pass rushers has become a cornerstone of Detroit’s resurgence.
But off the field, there’s another Ragnow who’s just as passionate, outdoors-obsessed, and deeply tied to family: Frank’s younger brother, Jack.
Born to Jon and Marty Ragnow, Frank and Jack grew up in a tight-knit household alongside their three sisters, Kaie, Maddie, and another sister.
Maddie and Jack are twins, which means Frank has always had that classic big-brother role in a busy, loving family.
Tragically, the Ragnows lost their father, Jon, in 2019, an event that brought the siblings even closer and gave new meaning to everything they do together.
Like Frank, Jack was a football player in his own right. He attended (the same school Frank dominated).
(Source: )He played varsity offensive line for the Storm, wearing No. 73, just two numbers off from Frank’s famous No. 75.
After graduating in 2018, Jack took his talents to the University of Iowa, walking on to the Hawkeyes football team and living out the dream so many Minnesota kids have.

But football isn’t Jack’s whole identity.
He’s a die-hard Minnesota Timberwolves superfan, and, more importantly, he’s the co-founder with Frank of the popular YouTube channel and outdoor brand Grizzly Man Outdoors.
Launched as a tribute to their late father, who introduced the boys to hunting and fishing, Grizzly Man Outdoors has grown into a legit passion project.
The channel, which now boasts over and , follows the brothers (and sometimes friends) on hunting trips across the country, ice fishing adventures on Minnesota lakes, and plenty of laid-back, authentic outdoor content.
At the 2018 NFL Draft party, when the Lions selected Frank, the Ragnow family was already handing out Grizzly Man wristbands, and Frank proudly wore a T-shirt repping one of the channel’s sponsors.
Jack also runs Green Boy Brand, a fast-growing custom apparel company that’s become a go-to for teams, businesses, and individuals looking for high-quality, personalized gear. If you’ve seen some of the sharp Grizzly Man merch, chances are it came from Green Boy.
For a while, Jack even lived with Frank in Michigan along with Frank’s then-girlfriend (now wife), helping his big brother settle into NFL life while keeping their bond strong.
You’ll still see Jack at nearly every Lions home game, usually decked out in Honolulu blue, cheering louder than anyone for No. 75.
where he’s very active, Jack is never shy about hyping up his brother, breaking down Lions film, or sharing his unfiltered takes on Minnesota sports.
Whether he’s posting a clip of Frank pancaking a defensive tackle or sharing photos from their latest hunting trip, it’s clear the Ragnow brothers share more than just DNA; they share a work ethic, a love for the outdoors, and an unbreakable family bond forged stronger by loss.
In a league full of larger-than-life personalities, it’s refreshing to see Frank Ragnow stay so grounded, and a massive part of that grounding comes from his family, especially his brother Jack.
