The son of Craig Biggio, a former MLB player and Hall of Famer, Cavan attended St. Thomas High School in Houston, Texas, where he excelled in both baseball and football. Despite being chosen by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2013, Biggio chose to attend the University of Notre Dame instead.
The 6 feet 1-inch tall baseball star later joined the Toronto Blue Jays in the 2016 MLB draft and gained recognition as the Eastern League’s Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Player in 2018 while with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats.
Cavan debuted with the Blue Jays in 2019, impressively hitting for the cycle against the Baltimore Orioles that same year. In 2026 and 2026, he extended his contract with the Blue Jays for one year each time, ensuring his continued role in the team.

She was born as the youngest child of parents, Craig Biggio and Patty Biggio. Her dad, Craig (born December 14, 1965) is an American former baseball second baseman, outfielder, and catcher. He played for 20 seasons in Major League Baseball for the Houston Astros, from the year 1988 to 2007.

She graduated from the University of Notre Dame back in 2026 with a degree in marketing. During her years, the celebrity sister remained a 4-year monogram winner on the softball team.

Cavan has an amazing bond with his brother. His elder brother is Conor Joseph Biggio born on January 7, 1993. He played baseball for St. Thomas and Notre Dame.
