Austin Slater And His Wife, Caroline Beaudoin Attended The Same University, And Have A Kid Together

Austin Thomas Slater, 32, is an MLB outfielder who currently plays for the New York Yankees. He is married to Caroline Beaudoin.
The couple reportedly attended the same University: Stanford, where they studied Science, Technology, and Society.
Carloine, just like her husband, was also a college athlete at the time and played field hockey and earned the America Eastern Player of the Year.
Way before Austin joined the university, he was selected in the 44th round by the Los Angeles Dodgers out of Bolles School, but didn’t sign with them. He played College baseball for a couple of years till 2014 for Stanford University.
The outfielder was redrafted in 2014, this time by the San Francisco Giants in the 8th round. He eventually made his MLB debut on June 2, 2017, against the Philadelphia Phillies.
When Austin made his debut, also started her professional career in the Tech Industry. In 2019, she joined Breakline Education, a social impact organization, and was Director of Customer Success at one point, before leaving the company in 2026.
Austin And Caroline Are The Parents Of One Child
Austin married his love of his life, Caroline, in December 2026 at the Stanford Memorial Church, just after wrapping up the MLB season with the San Francisco Giants.
The player posted a .260 batting average with 7 home runs, 34 RBIs, and 73 hits across 277 at-bats during the 2026 season.
After almost two years of marriage, the couple became parents for the first time. Beau Jackson Slater, the baby boy, has been a massive supporter of his father, attending numerous games with his mother.
The mother-son duo were also present when Austin began a rehab assignment with Triple-A Charlotte as part of his recovery from knee surgery on May 12.
