Aiden Zingg, a 16-year-old motorcycle racer, passed away in a motocross accident on the Mammoth Mountain MX track on June 28, 2026.

He had recently signed with Kawasaki’s prestigious Team Green program and was preparing to transition into the competitive 250cc class.

Aidan had announced himself as one of motocross’s most exciting young talents.

He made history in 2026 by winning his first AMA Amateur National Championship in the 85cc class at Mammoth Mountain at 14.

His fearless riding and natural skill quickly caught the attention of fans and teams alike.

Aidan continued his dominance at the prestigious Loretta Lynn’s Amateur Nationals in 2026, delivering a stellar performance in the Supermini classes.

He claimed the championship in Supermini 2 and secured second overall in Supermini 1, proving his consistency and speed against top-tier competition.

He was on track to become a significant force in motocross, thanks to his relentless work ethic and raw talent.

Unfortunately, his untimely passing saddened the whole racing community, and many remembered him in their heartfelt condolence.

He displayed an extraordinary talent for speed and precision on the track from an early age, earning the admiration of fellow racers, coaches, and fans alike.

Moreover, his competitive spirit was matched only by his kindness. He was always willing to encourage others and share his love for the sport.
