NFL wide receiver Adam Thielen will always be grateful for his family- parents & sisters, who were companions throughout his journey to success. Fans also do wonder if the Carolina Panthers player has a brother.

An American football player  became a professional after joining the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2013.

Having played 10 NFL seasons with the Vikings, Theilen signed with the Carolina Panthers on a three-year $25 million contract.

Thielen holds the record of 74 receptions in the first half of a season and the most consecutive (8 games) with 100-plus yards receiving.

Growing up, Thielen idolized the Vikings players Cris Carter and Randy Moss. The two wide receivers are now members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Despite not being invited to the 2013 NFL Combine, Thielen attended a Regional Combine in Chicago in March. However, he was able to secure a spot in the Super Regional Combine in Dallas, Texas, in April. 

The two times Pro Bowl winner, Adam, was named Second-team All-Pro in the 2017 season.

The 35-year-old football star grew up in Minnesota with his sisters. He does not have any biological brothers.

Adam is the youngest of three siblings- his eldest sister is Amanda Thielen Welken.

Born in March 1979, Amanda now lives in Moorhead, Minnesota, with her husband, Nick Welken & two sons: Ether and Zlander.

As reported, she & her husband Nick got married on April 26, 2008, at Thumper Pond, Ottertail.

Amanda Thielen Welken worked as a State Farm Insurance worker, while her beau works at Miller Insulation Company in Fargo.

Adam’s second-eldest sister Angela Thielen Escalante is also married.

She is the mother of three kids, two sons: Lorenzo & Roman, and a daughter with her husband, Luis Escalante.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Angela works as an occupational therapist and a certified hand therapist at Barrow Neurological Institute (2012- now).

She is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Master’s degree in Occupation Therapy.

Adam Thielen was born to parents Pete Thielen and Jayne Thielen on 22 August 1990. He had the full support of his parents when he decided to become an NFL player.

Both of his parents put a lot of effort into their youngest son to fulfill his dream. His father, Pete, played football, baseball, and other sports alongside Adam in the backyard to help the kid.

Pete got along with his son’s intention to become a professional athlete when he saw Adam’s score at the end of his collegiate career in Mankato. 

Adam’s mother, Jayne, always believed in her son and his dream to play for NFL. Plus, she was responsible for the junior golf program at Detroit Lakes, which helped foster Adam’s talent as an athlete.

Likewise, Adam is happily . The high school sweethearts tied the knot back in 2015 after dating for two years.
