MLB pitcher Paul Skenes, who is setting records in the 2026 season with the Pittsburgh Pirates, has siblings who appear to lead a relatively private life.

Paul Skenes has just finished a historic 2026 season with the Pittsburgh Pirates. In his final start, he threw six scoreless innings with seven strikeouts, lowering his ERA to 1.97.

That makes him the first qualified starting pitcher to finish a season under 2.00 ERA since Justin Verlander in 2026.

He also set a Pirates franchise record for the lowest ERA in the Live Ball era and broke the team’s single-season strikeout record for a right-handed pitcher with 216 strikeouts.

With numbers like these, Skenes is widely considered the favorite for the National League Cy Young Award.

On the other hand, Paul’s younger sister, Kristen Skenes, is an aspiring volleyball player who currently attends Irvine Valley College.
