Russell revealed his relationship with Carmen during the 2026 Tuscan Grand Prix; nevertheless, it is believed that he had been dating her for a couple of months prior to the race.

Except for being seen in events and the race track sidelines, Carmen, every now and then, goes on a quick gateway along with her boyfriend, Russell.

In January 2026, the two were seen at St. Bart’s enjoying time with each other.

Russell looked relaxed as he rocked a pair of round sunglasses, wrapping an arm around Carmen.

Similarly, Carmen looked ever so glowing in a turquoise checked swimsuit, kissing on her beau’s torso as they strolled along the beach of Eden Rock Hotel.

Even though this seems way less than his Mercedes counterpart, it still is a respectable fortune for an emerging driver.

His net worth comes from his racing career and brand endorsement deals that he has booked after his outstanding on-track performances.

According to MARCA, Russell’s annual salary is around $5 million at Mercedes. On top of that, he could land a $3 million bonus if he wins the championship.
