Doak, I have a hard time believing you are gone….it still does not feel real.
You are one of best friends I could have asked for. You were always there for me not matter the time of day or night! I’ll never forget the sleepovers as kids at each others house, the trips to the fair, the trips to Parkersburg to go to Bdubs, or screaming songs in the car in the way to football, basketball and track! In sports you were an absolute animal, the speed came effortless to you! I will always remember you would challenge me in a race and well let’s say we all know how that went considering you are a state champion sprinter.
